It's not noticible from more than 2 feet away so if you're mounting the TV, you probably won't even see it. There are some repair shops that can replace the screen for around $200 but I opted to replace the TV with a projector instead. Aside from the single strip of dead pixels, it's in near-perfect condition. See photos. It comes with the remote, Samsung One Connect Box (BN91-17814W) with a One Connect Cable, and power cord. I'm happy to add an HDMI cable if you need one. Pick it up in the Lower East Side or have it delivered via courier. It was originally $2,700. These nanocrystals are 50,000 times smaller than the width of a human hair! The UN65KS8500 also has 10-bit color processing, which enables over a billion total shades. Samsung's on-board selection of streaming video and music apps is second to none. The AllShare™ Play feature lets you wirelessly access and stream content from any compatible device. If you own a Samsung Galaxy smartphone or Tab, you can share movies, photos, and music via the UN65KS8500. Your Wi-Fi network lets you do things like "toss" photos from your phone or tablet to the screen with the swipe of a finger. Or push streaming video like Netflix movies from device to screen. Sending content from your phone to your TV is cool, and going TV-to-phone can be even cooler. Just download Samsung's Smart View app and use the TV View feature to mirror whatever's on the UN65KS8500's screen on your Galaxy phone or Tab.
