Walts TV Shipping Policy

Orders can only be shipped to Confirmed Addresses on your PayPal
Account.

The Confirmed delivery address cannot be changed after an order has
been approved and placed for shipment with Walts TV .

Orders cannot be canceled once the item has shipped. You must cancel
an order Within an hour of purchase.

We do not ship to a P.O. box, FedEx box, UPS box, or APO/FPO.

We ship within the continental US only, we do not ship to Alaska,
Puerto Rico or Hawaii.

If you select a freight forwarder to receive an order shipped by Walts
Please be aware that once the freight forwarder receives and signs for
the item, Walts TV will no longer be responsible for any damage/defect
and cannot be returned.

Your item will either ship via Parcel or Freight and only delivered to
the address listed on the order. We do not allow holds at the shipping
company for pickup.

Carriers do not guarantee transit time, unless Next Day or Second
Business Day is selected. All orders ship by standard speed for free.
If you require a faster delivery service, please select it at
checkout, and a quote will be populated.

The estimated delivery time for standard shipments is 2 to 7 days.

When your item is picked up by your assigned shipping carrier, you
will receive your tracking number in an eBay message to the email
address listed on the order.

For signature required You must be present to sign for and inspect the
item upon delivery

We apologize, but for security purposes, we cannot waive the signature
on a package or freight shipment.

To prepare for your delivery, it is recommended to track your order
online or by contacting the carrier directly.

If your item is being delivered via freight please note the following:

The freight company will call you in advance to make a delivery
appointment of a 4-6-hour window during normal business hours:
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

Delivery will not be scheduled without a valid phone number. No
international numbers accepted.

It is highly suggested to schedule a delivery by visiting the
freight carrier’s website.

Unless otherwise requested, it will be delivered curbside.

Please make sure the delivery address is accessible to a 53'

Return Policy
Once the order ships the buyer is responsible for return shipping

Policy for Approved Returns
Please Note: Walts TV does not cover the cost of any
service installation performed for the product. This includes mounting,

PLEASE KEEP ALL ORIGINAL PACKING FOR THE FIRST 30 DAYS FROM DATE OF
PURCHASE. ORIGINAL PACKAGING IS REQUIRED FOR RETURN
TRANSPORT.

You may return most products for a refund or exchange within 30 days
of the original purchase date.

If you have a return, it must be complete with all blank warranty
cards, accessories and documentation as provided by the manufacturer.
If your return is incomplete, opened, used or not in the condition we
shipped it to you, you will be charged for those costs of up to 20%
depending on how we will be able to relist the item.

We are unable to accept returns that are missing ANY of the following:
- Factory packaging required for all returns
- Manual, instructions and accessories
- Original packing materials included to protect products.

You must return the product in its original packaging that was shipped
to you, prepay shipping charges, and insure the shipment or accept the
risk if the product is lost or damaged in shipment.

For non-defective returns, you are responsible for the original and
return shipping costs. Items that qualified for free shipping that are
being returned will have our standard shipping charges deducted from
the refund.

A non-defective return will automatically be charged up to a 20%
return fee.
Buyer's Remorse

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we can accept returns
within 30 days. shipping/insurance and up to 20% return fee.

You may choose your own carrier for return transport or if preferred,
Walts TV can assign a carrier for you. If you choose to have Walts TV
provide the return label. The shipment cost of the return will be
deducted from the total refund amount upon receipt of the product at
our warehouse.

You must return the product in its original packaging that was shipped
to you, prepay shipping charges, and insure the shipment or accept the
risk if the product is lost or damaged in shipment.

WE VERIFY ALL SERIAL NUMBERS AGAINST OUR INVOICE AND SHIP
RECORDS.

Walts TV verifies all serial numbers against our ship records. Your
invoice contains the product part number and serial number that was
shipped to you.

Product that is returned that contains any of the following below,will
not be accepted for return.
- Damaged
- Tampered
- Incomplete Missing, tampered, or altered serial number

Returned product must be complete, in original boxes and packaging
materials and contain all software, accessories, and blank warranty
cards provided at the time of original purchase. Customer will be
charged the replacement cost of missing, damaged, or altered products
and accessories

The original manufacturer's labeled packaging should be enclosed
within an outer shipping box. Please do not write or place shipping
labels or stickers on the manufacturer's packaging.

Securely package the product and include a copy of the original
invoice, with a short note explaining the reason for the return.

Refunds will be processed to your original Paypal account 1-3 days
after Walts TV receives your authorized return at our facility.

Refunds will only be processed once the package has been received and
inspected at our warehouse facility.
Factory Defect Returns

In the rare instance you find a factory defect with your item, please
contact the manufacturer directly for technical support. All items are
fully covered under the manufacturer’s warranty and their support team
will provide the necessary steps for resolution up to and including
replacement.

In most cases the manufacturer's technical support can help you work
through the issue by providing online/phone support via remote access.

If the support confirms a defect they will provide the service steps
for repair.

If they are unable to resolve the issue, the manufacturer will
directly provide a replacement. If the manufacturer provides an RMA or
a case support ID then a return may be approved. Please see details
below for approved defective item returns:

If Walts TV cannot reproduce the reason for a defective return, you
will be responsible for all shipping costs and will be charged up to a
20% return fee. Returns Due to Shipping Damage

In the rare case that your order is damaged in transit please retain
ALL product packaging and contact us within 48 hours .

Upon delivery inspect each of the item's exterior packaging for any
significant marks, dings, or dents before signing for it. Please note
any issues on the freight bill.

In the event that your product purchase’s external package shows
substantial damage or has clearly been compromised, write "REFUSED" on
the freight bill and refuse the delivery with the carrier. CALL Walts

Each TV ships with insurance and If it is damaged in transit to you,
contact must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

If your item is in fact damaged, we will replace it at no extra cost
to you.
What Should I Do If An Item Is Missing From My Order?
First, verify that you've received a box for each tracking number
associated with your order. If all boxes have been delivered but you're
still missing an item please contact Walts TV directly .
Return/Replacement Process
Walts will provide one of the following two carrier types of transport for
approved returns:
Parcel Returns

Most TV’s 65” or less/Smaller Electronics will be assigned with a
parcel carrier such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

Orders confirmed to have Damage will be issued a prepaid return label
to the email on file.

Parcel return transit times typically take 5-7 business days. For an
accurate return ETA please track your return online with the carrier.
Freight Returns
-
Most TV’s 70” or more/Heavy Furniture/Floor standing speakers will be
assigned with a freight carrier due their size and value.
-
Orders confirmed to have Damage will be assigned with a freight
carrier.
-
BOL-Bill of Lading for your records and reference for online tracking.
-
Return Label – To be printed and affixed to the shipping box.
-
An agent with the freight company will then contact you within 1-3
business days to arrange a date/time for the merchandise pickup.
-
Freight return transit times typically take 7-10 business days. For an
accurate ETA please track the return online or contact the carrier
directly.
Please note that return estimates can often change due to weather,
holidays or rural locations. This may reduce/increase the time it takes
to receive the return at our location. Please be assured we actively
track our customer returns in an effort to identify and resolve any
carrier issues that may cause any delay.
Replacement Requests
Walts TV will send the product replacement once the authorized returns
has completed our receiving/inspection process. Although it is our goal
to ship a replacement as quickly as possible, we do not process this
request prior to receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise. To
expedite the replacement process, you may place a new order for the same
item. Once the returned merchandise has been inspected/confirmed a
refund will be issued back to the original form of payment.
Refund Requests
Once the returned merchandise has been received, inspected and confirmed
at our return facility a refund request will be issued back to the
original form of payment with PayPal or Ebay Payment.
Processing Time
Returns meeting the conditions outlined above will be processed within
48 hours following receipt. Processing may be slightly extended during
peak business periods. If a return has been requested a refund back to
the original form of payment will be processed. Please allow 5-7
business days for your credit to post via PayPal.
